The project Rubber knowledge assures a systematic approach to complementing the knowledge and experience about rubber manufacturing for workers who need it for their everyday work. Employee with vocational or technical secondary level of education requires some basic and professional knowledge about rubber manufacturing technologies to be familiar with the rubber processing procedures. The formal education itself does not offer sufficient expertise, and that affects the efficiency and competitive power of the rubber manufacturing industry in the EU.
To be able to take quick measures in the area we need our personnel to be well qualified for encouraging and quality transfer of knowledge among co-workers. In the project target groups will gain professional knowledge about using classical and electronic materials as well as the NLP teaching techniques.
